3. Payments Fees are due as agreed (e.g., Starter $2,000 + $99/mo). Non-refundable except as stated. Late payments accrue 5% monthly.

4. Intellectual Property and Content Rights Deliverables are our property until paid, then licensed to you. Content you share (e.g., images, data) grants us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display for marketing and CRM, with your consent. You retain ownership, but revoke consent only affects future uses.

5. User Conduct No illegal use or false data. We may terminate for violations.
